By placing an order you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and complete. An order is accepted once payment is successfully received. We may cancel an order and refund the amount if a title is unavailable, if the delivery address is incomplete, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown before payment. We may revise prices at any time, but the price shown at the time of a completed order is the price that applies to that order.

Printed books are dispatched to the address provided at checkout, normally within 2–4 business days of order confirmation. Delivery timelines depend on the courier and the destination. Ebook editions are delivered by email or download link after payment. Tracking details, where available, are shared by email.

The book text, cover artwork, photographs and all other content on this website are the intellectual property of the author, Dr. Abha Gupta, or of the website owner. Content may not be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed or republished — in print or in any digital form — without prior written permission.

You agree to use this website lawfully, to provide accurate order and contact information, and not to attempt to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site. Purchased books and ebooks are for personal reading only; commercial redistribution is not permitted.

The books are sold for personal reading. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by couriers, payment gateways or events beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from a purchase made on this website is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India.
