Refund & Return Policy

This website is operated by Shivani Gupta and sells printed books and ebook editions. The rules below apply to every order placed here.

Refund window

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Requests received after 7 days cannot be processed.

When a refund applies

Refunds are applicable only for books that arrive damaged or for an incorrect book being delivered.

Verification

To process a request, the customer must share clear photographs of the book and the packaging by email so the damage or the wrong title can be verified.

How refunds are paid

Once a request is approved, the refund is credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time taken by your bank or card issuer to show the credit may vary.
